REVIEW
- As a fighting game fan boy I know when a
fighting game is good, this game is a very good beat-em up to say the
least. Its not your so called button mash and everything will be alright,
it requires the player to learn character move sets to effectively
dispatch his/her opponent. This version of the game has 1 thing wrong with
it, where's the online play SEGA? where? the playstation 3 version of the
game is without online play which is a major downside whereas the xbox 360
version which was released a few months after has the ability of online
play. I guess SEGA hates Sony, only kidding maybe it was never planned and
it was a playstation 3 exclusive at first. Enough about that lets talk
technical the game itself is one of the best looking game graphically on
the next generation consoles and the game play is one of the best not
Street Fighter standard but it does have similarities to be played to its
best it must be played using a fight stick because the dpad does not cut
it the playstation 3 dpad is 4 way this game requires 8 way if not a stick
get a 3rd party pad with a 8 way dpad. Replay value is off a 9/10 giving
it a 8/10 because of the lack of online play, I still gave it an 8 because
it is bags of fun to play against mates even if it is local play. My
closing statement is buy this game if you love fighters you won't be
disappointed.
